Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and some garlic powder for an hour or two.
  2. While waiting for the chicken stir fry the vegetables in the oil with some garlic powder. when cooked through remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Sautee the chicken until cooked through.
  4. Add honey and pine nuts.
  5. Mix water and cornstarch and add to the chicken.
  6. Stir until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  7. Mix in some sesame seeds.
  8. Add the vegetables back to the pan and mix until all is blended.
  9. serve over hot pasta.
