  • Combine flour, salt and pepper in a medium-sized plastic bag.
  • Remove tips from chicken wings and discard; cut remaining wings in half.
  • Place chicken pieces one at a time in the bag and shake to coat well.
  • Remove wings to a clean piece of parchment or waxed paper and set aside.
  • Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep-sided skillet to 350 degrees; fry chicken in batches until crisp and golden brown, turning occasionally, 12-15 minutes.
  • Once fried, place chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet and keep warm in the oven.
  • Melt butter. Add the honey and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce to hot butter and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add the wings and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.

  2. My family loved them, you know...the ones that have become food critics...well, they're at a point if the wing sauce isn't hot enough to make their eyes bleed they believe them to be bland. Personally, I had a hot flash just reading the recipe.
     
  3. These were great! Instead of wings, I used chicken tenders, but kept the sauce the same. I love Tabasco chipotle pepper sauce. It doesn't have as much bite as regular Tabasco and has that wonderful smokey flavor. Can't wait to fix these for DH - he's going to love them! Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game.
     
  4. These were awsome! I made these and we ate them right away. I love the combination of sweet and hot and these fit the bill perfectly.
