  1. I made these last week and I really loved them. I froze a bunch of them to take to a family gathering later in the week and just wanted to add that they freeze just beautifully. I will be making these at Christmas I am sure. Thank you for a great recipe!!!

  2. This is a terrific, easy recipe. I cut it in half and used a cookie scoop. I turned away from the recipe for a minute and preheated my oven to 375 thinking that was the correct temp. OOOPS! Since I always eyeball my cookies after 7 or 8 minutes, I had no problem. Cookes were done to perfection in 8 minutes. I let them cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before trasnferring them to cooling rack. Before baking, I rolled dough in sparkling sugar and added a few sliced amonds to each cookie. Delicious!! I'll be making these again and again. Thanks Mommy for this lovely recipe. It's a real treat.

  3. These are really a delightful little cookie that is full of flavor. I did try to knock some of the fat content out of the cookie by making them w/mostly applesauce and just a bit of canola oil. The honey flavor really comes thru especially after they're cooled. Thanks for posting this delicious recipe mommy!! Made for NewestZaarTag~
