Directions

  1. Take a deep salad bowl.
  2. Pour hot water and add fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, salt and black pepper powder.
  3. Mix well and smooth.
  4. Add all the chopped ingredients to this mixture.
  5. Toss and mix gently.
  6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and mint leaves.
  7. Mix and allow to stand for 1/2 hours at the room temperature.
  8. Yummy!
