Directions

  1. Flatten pork slices to 1/2 inch thickness, sprinkle with salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook pork in oil in batches until meat is no longer pink.
  3. Remove and keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, saute onion and mushroom in butter until tender.
  5. Add garlic, saute for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in milk, mustard, soy sauce, and honey.
  7. Ruturn pork to pan and heat through.
  8. Serve with noodles.
