Honey Garlic Ribs

- 3 -4 lbs pork side ribs, cu into serving pieces
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
directions
- Cook ribs in boiling, salted water for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Drain and place on a greased baking pan.
- Combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over ribs.
- Bake at 400F for 30 minutes; or broil for 15 minutes, until sauce is thick and ribs are glazed. Turn ribs and baste frequently during cooking.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
