Honey-Glazed Chicken Breasts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and grease the foil (or spray with nonstick spray).
  3. In a small bowl, stir together dry mustard and vinegar.
  4. Add honey, Dijon mustard, thyme and oregano.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place the chicken breasts on the baking pan.
  7. Brush with half of the honey mixture.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Turn chicken breasts over.
  10. Brush the other side with the remaining honey mixture.
  11. Bake for 10 more min utes, or until juices are clear when chicken is pierced with a knife.
