  • 3 cups honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 12 ounces liquid pectin

directions

  • Combine honey and water.
  • Boil over high heat.
  • Add pectin.
  • Stir constantly.
  • Bring to a full rolling boil .
  • Remove from heat.
  • Skim.
  • Pour into sterilized jars.
  • Seal.

  1. I buy my honey at a local market that has local honey. They have orange blossom honey, blackberry honey and wild flower honey. I make the jellyusing one of these. We like all 3, but the orange blossom is our favorite. Tastes like orange marmalade, but much easier and quicker to make!!
