ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons gelatin
¹⁄₄ cup water
2 ³⁄₄ cups milk
¹⁄₄ cup caster sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

Heat Gelatine and water in saucepan, stir till disolved.
Add milk, sugar, honey, and vanilla and heat for 5 minutes.
Poor into 6 molds,
refrigerate overnight,.
To serve unmold the puddings onto plates then drizzle with honey.
