¹⁄₃ cup grainy mustard (L'Ancienne or Old Style Mustard)
¹⁄₂ cup honey (liquid)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
¹⁄₂ tablespoon dried rosemary (crushed)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Mix the mustard, honey, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Season the chicken breasts with rosemary, pepper, and a bit of salt if desired.
Marinade the chicken in the honey-mustard mixture at least overnight.
