  1. Place ribs in crock pot.
  2. In medium bowl, combine mustard, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce.
  3. Pour mixture over ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until tender.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  6. Skim any solidified fat from top.
  7. Remove ribs and heat in microwave or conventional oven.
  8. Dissolve cornstarch in water, add to sauce.
  9. Cook and stir in microwave or stovetop until hot and slightly thickened.
  10. Pour hot sauce over warm ribs.
  11. Enjoy.
