- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
directions
- whisk honey, soy sauce and mustard in a small bowl. Serve the pork with the honey-mustard sauce.

Used to marinate thick-cut boneless chops. Gave it a nice sticky glaze but not too sweet. Made for PAC Fall 2011.
