Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges (about 2 pounds)
  • 12 cup honey mustard dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
  4. In a large serving bowl, combine the warm potatoes, salad dressing, onions and salt if desired; toss gently.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
