Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Cream Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, honey, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Mix into creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in oats, coconut, raisins and walnuts.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 11-12 minutes for soft cookies, 13-14 minutes for crisp cookies.
  9. Remove to cooling rack.
  10. Makes 6 dozen 2 inch cookies.
