ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups buttermilk, divided
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons honey
directions
- In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
- combine with eggs, 1 cup of butter milk, oil. beat until smooth.
- add honey and remaining buttermilk.
- cook both sides in buttered griddle.
