Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the peaches, honey and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour it into a pitcher, then stir in the chardonnay and ginger liqueur.
  2. Chill.
  3. To serve, fill glasses halfway with soda water or seltzer, then top it with the sangria and stir gently. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
