  1. Oh a VERY successful first use of my new George Foreman Rotisserie. Not as tender as my favorite rotisserie chicken at Central Market in Shoreline, but lovely nonetheless. Similar to my favorite "normal" roast chicken recipe--the honey and lemon are just delicious. The next time I'll use much less oil in the basting liquid...it didn't stick as well as I prefer. Thanks (again :-)), Rita. Your recipes never fail to please.

  2. I just bought a new grill with a rotisserie so I had to try it out, so I chose this recipe. No knowing anything about rotisserie’s I did all right. I think I cooked it at too high of a temp because it was pretty dry. I also didn’t notice any flavor from the apple or onion. Because it was so dry I converted it into “Deluxe Chicken or Turkey Salad (Julia Child). I will probably try this one again but I will soak the bird in a basic brine for about an hour to insure juiciness. Thanks Rita!

  4. Excellent Chicken! I made this in a George Forman Rotisserie and it was perfect. The honey did darken the chicken but the skin was crunchy and delicious.I used Hugarian Hot Paprika instead of smoked. Everyone loved this recipe! Thanks Rita!
