Honey & Sriracha Chicken

- 2 chicken breasts (diced)
- 1⁄3 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 3 garlic cloves (diced)
- 5⁄8 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 carrots (diced)
directions
- Steam carrots for 7 minutes.
- Add chicken to wok and cook til done.
- Remove from wok.
- Add water,sriracha,soy sauce,garlic,sugar and honey.
- Bring to a boil and whisk in 2 TBsp cornstarch and 2 TBsp water until thick.
- Add chicken and carrots to sauce.
