  • Dissolve yeast in water in large mixing bowl.
  • Add honey and stir until melted.
  • Add salt, oil and wheat flour and mix well.
  • Mix in white flour gradually until dough is consistency that can be kneaded.
  • Kneed dough on floured surface for 10-15 minutes.
  • Lightly coat a large bowl with oil.
  • Put dough in oiled bowl and cover with damp cloth.
  • Let rise until dough has doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
  • Deflate.
  • Shape dough into 2 loaves.
  • Put loaves into 2 greased loaf pans.
  • Let rise until 1 or 1 1/2 inches above loaf pans.
  • Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let bread cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
