  1. This was sooo good. Very quick to put together....but the best part is having everyone's breakfast done at the same time. Thank you for posting....it's one I will make again.

  2. My family loved it. It was fun and really easy. We will definately make it again. Great Sunday Breakfast with the Family.

  3. My husband and 2 kids really enjoy this one. I like the ease of preparation so I don't have to babysit the stovetop. Quick, Easy and Delicious!

  4. I made this for Sunday breakfast. I had never made anything like it, and was surprised how it puffed up around the edges, even though-I know-Mama Meerkat said it would. It tasted a little too egg-y for my liking, but it was a LOT easier than making pancakes!

I am a medical transcriptionist, mother of two, grandmother of one. I consider myself a good cook, but since I am widowed I don't make a whole lot of things....until a special occasion....and then I like to try different things. I am really good (bad?) about making things I have never made before and trying them out on others. Thank goodness I haven't had any major disasters yet :o)
