  1. Using a knife, split the pepper on one side from the bottom to the top.
  2. Gut out all of the seeds and fibrous innards.
  3. Stuff the pepper full of cream cheese.
  4. Wrap the pepper in a slice of bacon.
  5. Arrange on a baking tray.
  6. Put in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Top with shredded cheese for the last few minutes until melted.
  8. Sprinkle on some Tabasco if you dare!
