Hormel Casserolé

"Based on a recipe from a can of Hormel Tamales Beef in Chili Sauce. This is not a battle I can win with DH so I’m joining! Lol! It really is good and qualifies as quick comfort food! We always use Hormel Chili No Beans. The default directions are for the oven; microwave directions included! Olé!"

  1. This is so good. It's very similar to what I make. I take the Tamales and cut them into bite size pieces, cover with drained hominy, then cover with the chili and cheese. I don't like hominy, but love it like this. It soaks up the other flavors and adds a wonderful texture. I am going to try adding onions. That I never thought of!
