  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In bowl, combine eggs, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, chiles, onion and bell pepper; mix well.
  3. In separate bowl, combine hash and 1 cup egg mixture. Stir in bread crumbs.
  4. Spread hash mixture in baking dish. Top with remaining egg mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Serve with salsa, if desired.
