ingredients

16 ounces prepared creamed horseradish
¹⁄₂ cup sour cream
¹⁄₂ cup mayonnaise
1 crisp red-skinned apple, cored & coarsely grated
1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh chives
1 teaspoon sugar
fresh ground pepper

directions

Stir together all the ingredients, including pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until using.
