Horseradish Cheddar Log

ingredients
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted, divided in half
- 1 -2 teaspoon prepared horseradish cream
directions
- Combine cheddar cheese with cream cheese in a medium bowl.
- Add ½ cup walnuts and horseradish; mix until well blended.
- Refrigerate about 20 minutes, or until easy to handle.
- Shape mixture into log shape; roll in remaining ½ cup walnuts.
- Wrap in plastic wrap that has been lightly greased.
- Refrigerate until firm at least one hour.
- Serve as a spread for crackers, I like ritz crackers.
