Horseradish Cream Sauce

- 1⁄3 cup horseradish
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Drain liquid from horse radish till you are left with about 3 to 4 tablespoons of horseradish.
- Beat the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in salt.
- Fold horseradish into cream mixture.
