  • Mix well and set aside all the ingredients for the sauce.
  • Melt in a heavy skillet, 3/4 tablespoons fat. Add 1 medium onion chopped.
  • Turn excess fat from pork chops. Rub well with flour.
  • Place in skillet and brown well on both sides.
  • Pour chili sauce mixture over chops. Simmer covered for 45 to 50 mintues.
  • Additional water may be added if sauce gets too thick.
  • Remove clove of garlic before serving.
