Directions

  1. Reserve seasoning packet from noodles. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
  2. Mix waer, pesto, cornstarch, chili puree and contents of seasoning packet; set aside.
  3. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Add carrot and onions; stir-fry 1 minute.
  4. Stir in pesto mixture. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add noodles; toss to coat.
