ingredients

3 lbs cube steaks
2 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
2 tablespoons fresh cracked black peppercorns
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons creole seasoning

directions

In small bowl combine everything except steak.
Rub steaks with sauce mixture and fry until cooked to desired wellness.
