Hot Apple Cider

- 4 slices lemons, cut in half
- 12 whole cloves
- 2 quarts cider or 2 quarts apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 lemons, juice of
directions
- Stud lemon slices with cloves. Combine cider, molasses, cinnamon and lemon slices in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks. Add lemon juice. Serve in hot mugs.
- NOTE: This recipe may be halved.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
