- 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts (not marinated, coarsely chopped)
- 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chilies
directions
- Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and place in a shallow baking dish (An oblong au gratin-type dish makes a pretty presentation).
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or toast points.

This was super! I did use marinated artichoke hearts, and I liked the taste, so I need to now try it with the ones that arent. This was so easy. I combined all ingredients and put them in my dip crockpot and let it cook for about an hour and a half (This small crockpot doesnt have any setting...it just turns on!) and then served it with pita chips. THanks for a great appy!
