ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly
- 1⁄2 medium onion
- 1 bunch green onion
- 3 tablespoons pepper, paste (gochujang)
- 1 tablespoon korean red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients, except for the pork.
- Choose a dish to marinate in, and glove up.
- Coat each piece of pork in marinade and place in dish, one at a time.
- Refrigerate for 1-8 hours, covered.
- Grill or pan fry the meat in small batches until they are caramelized, being careful not to burn the pork.
