  • In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients, except for the pork.
  • Choose a dish to marinate in, and glove up.
  • Coat each piece of pork in marinade and place in dish, one at a time.
  • Refrigerate for 1-8 hours, covered.
  • Grill or pan fry the meat in small batches until they are caramelized, being careful not to burn the pork.
