ingredients

2 blocks cream cheese
¹⁄₂ cup of chopped onion (can be frozen)
¹⁄₂ cup mayonnaise
16 ounces of shredded monterey jack cheese
16 ounces of shredded parmesan cheese

directions

Put the two blocks of cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and soften in the microwave for 1 minute.
Add chopped onions.
Add mayonnaise.
Add the shredded parmesan cheese.
Add the monterey jack cheese.
Mix well with a fork until it is blended.
Spoon the mixture into a baking dish or pie pan using the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly.
Bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.
Enjoy with tortilla chips!
