  1. Excellent - my family loves this recipe. Changes I made: 1/2 the mayo to 3/4 cup - we didn't add salt but being from Maryland, we love our Old Bay -so I added 1 full tablespoon of Old Bay - defiantly a great recipe all year round.

  2. This was good! I added 2 Tbs. of sour cream to round out the mayo and a dash of Tabasco for some spice. Since I'm avoiding carbs, I skipped the potato chips, but the cheese topping was great without them. I'm a little confused by the nutrition info - when I counted the carbs for all the ingredients (except the chips), I came up with less than 10 carbs in the entire dish! I really enjoyed this and it kept be under my daily carb count. Thanks for a yummy and comforting dish.

  3. This was very good. I made as written except I added a little shredded cheddar cheese to the mix as well as on top to cut the mayo flavor as DH does not care for it. I will make this again as it is warm and comforting. Oh, and of course, I added green peas to this for a little extra veggie! :) Thanks for posting! Made for Holiday Tag!

  4. I used a little less mayonnaise, but made no other changes. This was very good. Creamy comfort food. I would not hesitate to take this to a potluck. Thanx for sharing!

  5. This was really something different! We don't like the flavour of raw onion so much, so I sauteed the celery and onion before adding it to the chicken. I also replaced half of the mayonnaise with nonfat yoghurt, since we were eating this as a main and I thought that much mayo would be a little heavy. The plus is, the leftovers can be served cold if required! It was a little "saucy" when I served it but I didn't care. Loved the eggs. I also added tabasco. Thanks!
