Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add chicken, water chestnuts, celery, almonds, pimentos and onion.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Combine chicken and vegetables with the mayonnaise mixture and pour into a 2qt. baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and onion rings on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
