  1. We really enjoyed this chicken flavor. We couldn't cook on the grill tonight because of the aweful wind, so I stir-fryed it and it turned out great. I did marinade the strips for about an hour. Made as directed except for the cooking method. I may use a little more soy sauce next time. But the chicken was very tender and juicy. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I can't believe how much flavor this chicken gets with only 15 minutes marinating. I served this with some stir fry vegetables and steamed rice. As we were clearing the dishes my BF kept eating more and more of the chicken saying that even though he was full, it was just too good to stop eating. I used my grill pan for this and it came out perfectly!

  4. *Great chicken* so easy and very tasty. I thought that there was a lot of ginger in this recipe but made just as stated and it was perfect. The chicken had a great dark colour on the outside and moist and tender inside. We served with salad as suggested. My daughters enjoyed the chicken also.

Live 1 hour north of Sydney, Australia with my husband, Steve. We both work in Sydney, where I work in the Human Resources department of a charity doing IT work. I barely pick up cookbooks these days, as I cook almost exclusively out of Recipezaar - DH loves the quality & variety of recipes we have now. I've met some lovely people through Zaar in person & in the forums. When I was in Toronto, Canada in October 2007, I had the thrill of meeting & having dinner with ~Leslie~, AnnieCan and Irmagard and their DHs for dinner. This was a fabulous night & everyone was so lovely & welcoming. <IMG src="http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa1/heydarl/Photos/IMG_0956.jpg"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/participantbannerzwt5.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> <img src="http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j10/housedaughter/fg.jpg" border="0" alt="F and G Swap"> <img src="http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j10/housedaughter/hiswap.jpg" border="0" alt="H and I"> <img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y53/DUCHESS13/Zaar%20World%20Tour%204/ZWTAB-tg.gif"> <img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y53/DUCHESS13/homepage/ZWT4-CuisinePorter.gif"> <img src="http://www.recipezaar.com/members/home/590105/ff-zwt4.jpg"> <img src="http://www.satsleuth.com/cooking/Swap14.JPG"> <a href="http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y254/Missymop/?action=view¤t=thetassiedevilsbanner.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y254/Missymop/thetassiedevilsbanner.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/smPACp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"> <img src="http://www.satsleuth.com/cooking/RecipeSwap2.JPG" width=75%> <img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y53/DUCHESS13/Zaar%20World%20Tour%203/ZWT3-Participation.gif"> <img src="http://members.aol.com/sdnt4life/floozies.jpg">
