ingredients
- 3 (28 ounce) Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 poblano peppers (or hot banana peppers)
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon hot chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
directions
- Chop all ingredients into small even pieces. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 1/2 hours or put in a crockpot and let cook for 8 hours on low.
