Cooking is one of my favourite things to do and to me it's not really about the end product (though I'd be lying if I said it totally wasn't)--I just love the process of creating something tasty--maybe with some good (CLASSICAL) music on in the background.
My favourite cookbooks are "The Kids Can Press Jumbo Vegetarian Cookbook" and "Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook" (preferably the 2003 edition). I'm also sort of getting into "The Joy of Cooking" a bit.
I also love anything to do with the arts and I love to dance (a combo of ballet, jazz-dance and whatever else pops into my head. I also know some Flamenco and Irish step-dance) and play violin.
Oh, and I love to write.
I'm also fascinated with religion and spirituality, but I won't get into that here--see my home page (a.k.a, my blog) for more on that subject.
