Hot Chocolate

"Homemade hot chocolate is so much tastier than the packaged, and it doesn't require special ingredients. The extra effort is worth it. My Mom said she makes single servings in the microwave by boiling the sugar and water and hot chocolate together--stir it--then add milk and microwave. This is the good old-fashioned on the stove hot chocolate...Recipe courtesy of Betty Crocker's New Cookbook."
