  2. Yum yum yum yum yum yum!!! :) Nimzie this is fabulous!! I had made your hot cocoa mix before and now making it this way with the dash of vanilla, frozen vanilla yogurt and then the dash of cinnamon just takes it over the top!! I have so enjoyed it as my mid-morning treat on this cloudy and chilly Friday! Thanks sweet friend for sharing another hit with us. Tagged and made for Potluck Tag Game!

  3. Very delicious! The creaminess from the melty ice cream was so good! Having the oce cream in there also made it cool off sooner for the kids to be able to enjoy it. The cinnamon takes the chocolate flavor to another level. I used a good vanilla bean ice cream. Made and Reviewed for Please Review My Recipe Tag - Thanks! :)

  4. Mmmmmm, Mmmmm, YES. This is one yum, yum. I used SF hot chocolate mix of my own and then followed the rest of your recipe with the omission of course of the nonfat dry milk powder. I love how the cinnamon flavor comes thru that I sprinkled on top of my LF frozen yogurt. Oh, this is the best treat for me. So sinful and yet guilt-free.! Thanks for a winner Nimzy.!! Made for winning week#1-Football pool 08'~

Tweaks

  1. Very tasty treat, especially on a cold night. The nutrition information is incorrect on this recipe, it is virtually fat-free and a great healthy treat. I loved mine sprinkled with cinnamon. The kids really enjoyed this drink, too, but all freaked out when I sprinkled it with cinnamon. Just a word of caution if you're making this for the youngsters. I've also made this with milk and soy milk instead of water for a richer drink. Be sure to check out the matching plain mix recipe #147148 and Kahlua Mocha #147141 for other yummy drinks. Thanks for posting!

I was one of the original members of Recipezaar that was truly a community of individuals that enjoyed each other in forums and chat rooms. I've been a member of this site since 2003. Made some tremendous friends that I still think of often. I'll continue coming here because my recipes are here and so many more that I tried over the years as a member. It's just a tad boring now and just another recipe site like all the rest. Sad.
