- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons nonfat milk
- 1 cup dried sweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Combine ingredients into a saucepan.
- Heat over low until butter is melted.
- Spread over cake and consider placing cake under oven broiler until topping is bubbling and lightly browned.
