"From a local cookbook, 2 Points of View, one of our favorite hot crab dips. You can make it ahead of time and pop it in the oven when your guests arrive."

16 ounces cream cheese
¹⁄₂ pint sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
¹⁄₂ teaspoon lemon juice
¹⁄₂ teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash onion salt
1 dash paprika
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb crabmeat

directions

In blender, blend together all ingredients except crab and 1/3 cup cheddar cheese.
Fold in crab.
Bake at 325ºF for 30 to 45 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese.
