I am a 70 year old senior citizen who retired from 45 years in the catering business in 1996 due to health problems. I have always enjoyed cooking and turned a hobby into a business which I enjoyed for many years. Even though I graduated from MSU with an economics degree I was too busy catering to work in that field. I have some 400+ cookbooks all of which are my favorites, as I stil have a passion for cooking and am still active in the kitchen. My favorite thing in the kitchen is being creative with food. I seldom, if ever, make the same recipe the same way twice.
