Made & enjoyed for your Football Pool win, I should tell you that Sat lunch was always chili-cheese dogs as I grew up. Now as a Grandma living in Iceland, I should tell you that the most popular restaurant in Iceland is a hot dog stand! That said, I made 1 change & used crispy fried onions (a "when in Rome, do as the Romans do" kinda thing). Hot dogs are welcome comfort food for me, but I thought of chili as I inhaled these dogs. My much belated congrats on your Football Pool win & thx for posting a comfort food recipe choice. :-)
