  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut artichoke quarters in half.
  • Mix all ingredients together except the green onions and tomatoes.
  • Bake in an au gratin dish or shallow 3 cup oven safe dish for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with sliced onions and tomatoes.
  • Serve with toasted pita triangles or baguette slices.
