  1. In a saucepan over a medium heat, melt the butter and sugar together with the corn syrup, cream, vanilla and a pinch of salt, stirring constantly. When it's smooth add the cocoa. Continue to stir constantly, letting it come to a boil. Cook 2 minutes. Serve over most anything!
