ingredients

³⁄₄ cup powdered milk
³⁄₄ cup sugar
²⁄₃ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¹⁄₂ teaspoon cayenne pepper

directions

Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container. (Mix is good for 3 months).
To make hot chocolate: Mix 1 cup of hot water with 1/2 cup of hot chocolate mix.
Stir well & enjoy!
Note: The hot chocolate is GREAT with a little whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon & cayenne pepper.
