ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- cayenne pepper
- 8 ounces sour cream
directions
- Saute garlic in butter for 3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
- Saute for 1 more minute.
- Fold in sour cream & serve on Melba toast, Triscuits, or any cracker you choose.
