ingredients

7 ounces pimento stuffed olives
3 -4 yellow hot peppers
¹⁄₂ red onion
1 garlic
2 -3 tablespoons olives or 2 -3 tablespoons canola oil

directions

Mince the first 4 ingredients and add to a bowl. Add the oil and stir to mix well. Sometimes I add italian seasoning and put the mixture on pieces of flat bread.
