- 1⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons bottled lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 - 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
directions
- in a small bowl,wisk together the peanut butter and cream until they are well blended and starting to thicken.
- stir in the lime juice,coriander,onion powder & cayenne pepper.
- serve at once or chill,stirring well before serving.
